These terms apply to your use of jaxwholesale.net and any purchase from JAX Wholesale, whether through our website or through Facebook or Instagram Shops. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We sell new merchandise at wholesale prices. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe. Applicable shipping charges are shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent orders, with a full refund.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping and local pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship to the contiguous United States only.

All sales final

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Product use and assembly

Follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings, including for assembly and for propane or charcoal cooking equipment. Propane tanks are not included with gas stoves. JAX Wholesale is not the manufacturer of the products we sell; any manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAX Wholesale's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
