Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 10pm Eastern are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. If an order is placed to an address we can't ship to, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on large items: patio furniture, console tables, luggage, and outdoor cooking equipment.
- Health & beauty items (Dove body wash and deodorant) ship at a flat rate starting at $8, shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. Large items may be shipped by freight and can take longer; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Local pickup is free. After ordering, call or text (904) 582-2567 or email jaxwholesales@gmail.com to schedule a pickup time. Please bring your order confirmation. Inspect your items at pickup — once items leave with you, the sale is final (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, or never arrives, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
